Mayor Wen Guohui fully approbated Guangzhou Medical University's work in promoting high-level university program. He pointed out that it is necessary to respect the law of university management and give universities more autonomy in management. It is necessary to implement the ‘Implementation Opinions of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on the Construction of High-Level Universities’ and the requirements put forward by secretary REN Xuefeng.
